Set in a possible near future, Arctic Combat is a free-to-play strategy FPS developed and published by Korea-based Webzen, which had just announced to render Arctic Combat service in the United States recently.
Overview:
With the discovery of oil and natural gas reserves beneath the Arctic Circle, the third world war has broken out! America and Russia, the two strongest countries in this world, are striking aggressive attacks against each other for the possession of these precious resources.
This game, similar to most shooters, supports zoom mode in which you are able to adjust your aiming perspectives before shooting. Besides, you can challenge various combat environments ranging from the freezing Arctic Circle to the broiling Middle East. What distinguishes this game from others in same genre is its gore mode, which provides you with more authentic and stunning shooting experiences.
Note: Webzen also teased us with Continent of the Ninth Seal earlier this year.

Mmo sent me a comment about it I said,"Is Blacklight Retribution the closest thing to COD" and MMO said,"No,it's Arctic Combat".So I believed them,searched it in Google and here I am now ^^
the actual closest thing to cod is the up coming cod f2p mmorpg fps which has cod maps and guns from mw1 to mw3
