Bigpoint Invokes internal Testing for Ramacity: Official release delayed
May 5,2011 02:05 by Sara Lau1
The new online game RamaCity did not come as the official website promises “Coming in the spring 2011”. Even no more updated news from the maker Bigpoints.
We’ve heard from German that Bigpoint is now internally testing Ramacity, to make sure the first release is the final release. To some extent, they have been making rapid progress since Bigpoint pays high attention to this project, trying to compete with Zynga’s CityVille.
According to the earlier press release, Ramacity will be a browser game that is also available on Facebook. Based on city building simulation, Ramacity delivers the landscape where players are the city manager in charge of city planning, financial management, and personnel control.
The developers have also announced in the last newsletter that the official release date of RamaCity could not be long, maybe some weeks later. This first internal beta is to get rid of all bugs and glitches they found. RamaCity should have a wealth of social features that go far beyond the popular games like Farmerama, Cityville and ZooMumba.
When the release date is confirmed, we will make an announcement on Dot MMO too, so No worries! You will soon become a real mayor in your first thriving city from a small settlement.
