The Berlin-based publisher Infernum has announced that Brick Force will begin its closed beta on February 28, 2012. All participants of closed beta will be rewarded with an exclusive helmet for the next open beta phase.
With the application of the famous engine “Unity 3D“, Brick Force boasts the high quality graphics, browser-based performance and multiple sorts of potential gameplays. Besides the in-game maps and worlds to play through, the game lets players create their own brick architectures and put them onto all possible platforms for fellow players to challenge. The challengers will battle against their opponents on where both the builder and he (she) build.
According to Andreas Weidenhaupt, CEO of Infernum, Brick Force will be operated and serviced by Infernum on multiple platforms: browser, mobile devices and social networks like Facebook. At present, the beta is targeted at North American and European countries in 6 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Polish and Turkish.
EXE Games, the Korea-based co-developer of the game will be responsible for the Asian market. Asian gamers can expect to see the release after the global beta is announced successful this spring.
According to officials of EXE Games, the operation license in China is being negotiated and there are several local publishers showing great interest in Brick Force.
Luckily, English-speaking players will be the first to experience this production, a perfect mix of Call of Duty and Minecraft.
The publisher did not disclose more information concerning the beta information. For beta signup and more info, go to the official website www.brick-force.com.
