Kids vs Goblins is an adventure role-playing game by developer Stolen Couch Games. The game, released on March 08, 2012, offers a multitude of quests through which gamers role play one of three kids to wind up rescuing their baby brother kidnapped by a small group of goblins.
Unlike Plants Vs Zombies which requires you passively defend your enemies, Kids vs Goblins instead assigns you to take initiative attack against enemies you encounter along your way. But you are not just an ordinary kid, but a magical protagonist who possesses supernatural abilities, and are able to deal a heavy blow by casting spells.
Kids vs. Goblins could catch your attention at your first play, and even provides plenty of excitement and fun, but it lacks competitive control scheme. For example, you cannot rotate your view mode, and adjust your camera. Even with 120MB download, it takes too much space. Worse, the game requires at least iPhone 4S or iPad 2. So high are the hardware requirements. The price $2.99 is, however, still comfortable for me.
The 120MB download is large for an iphone action-adventure game with RPG elements. With more than 60 different spells, 30 missions and six different environments, it is worth playing.
You can download the app from app store directly and experience the your own fascinating history.
