WSGame Doing Evil, Soul of Guardian infringing the copyright of LOL, Neverwinter Nights, Guild Wars

As an old-fashioned game is reborn into a new platform, it has commanded much attentions and the developer has a sense of how the game works well without too much sensation, but with crazy advertising budget, and blatant copyright infringement.
The folks behind Soul of Guardian quietly launched its fifth server, which comes as no surprise if that is the only story we talked about. What made the game come under our spotlight should be its fast-growing registered users and considerably advertising campaigns. And even most surprising is that the game is totally ripping off Guild Wars and Neverwinter Nights in artworks and character images.
“I just saw an Ad for Soul of Guardian on Facebook, and I’m pretty sure the ad character is from League of legends. said Manticore, a Facebook user, “I think there should be international trade agreements that prohibit it.”
For a Chinese game developer, Making a browser game only takes 3 months or less because they can steal everything from its competitors. As a result, they can make a great deal of money. Sometimes, they will end up with copyright trouble, but most of the time, they could rest assured that none of its “rivals” could win lawsuit concerning the copyright, especially when multiple companies are involved in the case at the same time.
“Man, you are talking about Chinese game developers? They absolutely did not get permission to use these images. The problem is they do not know what copyright is.” Dos scoffed.
DotMMO has no intention of ruining Soul of Guardian’s brand, but it indeed lashed our team into a fury, stealing our content and re-published it into GameSpot’s user review section. Even worse, we got a funny response when we issued a copyright infringement statement to WSgame.
They said:”We know the words are from your website, but the game belongs to ours”. Once a company begins to be evil, how come it could be so honest?
The story does not stop here. We therefore made a request on removing Copyrighted Materials from the GameSpot. After many setbacks, we got a reasonable reply:
“In anticipation of your response to our request for more information, we have removed the content from the GameSpot.com page you identified.”
I still have doubts if WSgame has realized they are doing evil.
